I’m Ashley, owner & lead photographer of Ashley Nicole Photography. I'm a
30-something Wife & Mom of 3 girls. Photography has been a huge blessing to & I love being able to tell the stories of the wonderful people I meet!
I’m based out of Atlanta, GA, but I do keep my passport current so anywhere you choose
to shoot, so I’m definitely able to travel! For my
clients, I have traveled to Alabama, Tennessee, Maryland, the Carolinas, Texas & Jamaica
to name a few.
Outside of photography, some of my favs
are Tory Burch flats, reality TV, Amazon Prime, Target, fresh flowers, namely Peonies & Orchids, and a nice glass of Merlot, just to name a few.

the booking process
In order to book your session, a 500 dollar retainer fee along with a signed contract are required to book. Once you are ready to book, you will be sent an electronic proposal. In this proposal, you can enter your info, select your package, sign your contract and pay your retainer all in one easy place!
Once you have completed the proposal, signed the contract & paid the retainer, you are officially part of the AN Family! You will receive an email from me with very important links and information! You will also receive a separate email with a link to a questionnaire that will help me plan the perfect session for you!

Why select a monthly plan? For starters, since we are shooting more frequently, it relieves some of the pressure from one high-stakes photo session. Secondly, because we’ll be working together regularly, you'll gain more confidence in front of the camera and really become a pro! You'll also have consistent content for your social media, website, marketing plans, product launches, workshops and much more!

Why should I hire you?
With me, you hire a photographer that is 100% prepared for anything to ensure you get the images you want. Beyond that, I don't just want to 'get the shot'. I also really want you to enjoy the moments of your session. Whether it's calming your nerves, fixing your hair, or showing you how to pose, I'm right there with you, ensuring you have a great time and capturing great images to prove it!

What is required to book you as my photographer?
In order to book, a $350 retainer fee along with a signed contract are required.

Do you provide raw images?
Raw image files are not provided. I'd never want to provide my clients with unfinished work.

Will you help find a location for the session?
Of course! During our planning phase, we'll explore various indoor and outdoor options that support your brand's voice.

When will we receive the images after the session?
The full image gallery will be delivered to your inbox no more than 2 weeks after your session.

Do you provide professional recommendations to help me look my best for the session?
Yes! You will find lots of recommendations for makeup artists, stylists, rental companies, clothing stores etc all in the Ashley Nicole Client Lounge. During our planning stage, I'll make suggestions and recommendations on vendors to help your vision come to life.

Is there a way to see images that aren't included in our gallery?
I use my professional judgment to meticulously cull, edit and deliver only those images deemed professional in quality and within my artistic standards. Images determined to be substandard (eyes closed and other bloopers) are edited out and discarded.

Do you carry insurance?
I sure do! As a thirteen year insurance industry vet, I understated the importance of carrying insurance to protect my business and you. I have higher than acceptable limits & coverages and am happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request.

What if something happens to your equipment the day of the session or after?
I have several systems in place to ensure I am able to capture your session & provide your images without interruption. I always ensure my equipment is cleaned and working properly, shoot on cameras that have 2 slots for SD cards (in case a cards fails), carry spare batteries for all equipment and have a 3 part image backup system to make sure no images are lost.

Do you touch up all the images we receive?
Yes I do! Images are color corrected, adjusted for correct exposure & standard skin retouching is applied in all collections. Standard skin retouching is characterized as the correction of slight blemishes, small facial scars & teeth whitening. Extensive retouching is available per image for an additional fee. This includes removal of heavy blemishes/acne, body contouring etc.

What if it rains the day of the session?
I keep a close eye on the weather forecasts and will reach out to reschedule your outdoor session no later that 48 hours in advance.
